STUDENT COUNCIL
Our college has an active student council. Student Council is a student-based organization designed to help and promote college spirit and leadership among students. All students of the college shall be deemed to be members of the Council,
Objectives of Student Council
- To have student representation in the functioning of college.
- To maintain discipline in the college.
- To develop positive attitudes and to practice good citizenship.
- To promote harmonious relations throughout the entire college.
- To improve student/faculty relationships.
- To improve college morale and general welfare.
- To provide a forum for student expression.
- Train students in the duties and responsibilities of good citizenship.
The composition of Executive committee
- The Principal (President)
- One Faculty Member nominated by Principal as a coordinator
- One Faculty member nominated by the Principal as advisor for each committee (Total 5)
The composition of Student Council
- One General Secretary ( Student Who has secured highest merit in semester II examination)
- Five different Committees will be formed as under.
- Cultural and Literary activities Committee
- Prayer assembly and Spiritual Activities Committee
- Discipline & Cleanliness Committee
- Sports & Tour- Visit Committee
- Seminar , Workshop & Publishing Committee
Each committee has one student secretary and 4 student members. Secretary of each committee will be selected by principal and coordinator faculty on the basis of academic merit of semester II and 4 student members are selected by the advisor faculty and student secretary of concern committee.(one from semester III and three from semester I)
